Brief:

The NHS Volunteer Responders programme is delivered by Royal Voluntary Service and enabled by the GoodSAM app.  Since the start of the pandemic Royal Voluntary Service volunteers have been supporting vulnerable people with shopping, prescription pick-ups, friendly phone calls and patient transport

Objectives:

The campaign goal is to drive volunteer signups from diverse multicultural communities (Asian, African and Caribbean).

Drive hyper-targeted traffic to the NHS Voluntary Service website through Radio, Press, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, continuously testing which channels can most efficiently drive volunteer signups.

Results:

We are proud to be working with NHS Campaigns, and what set this campaign aside from the others was that a variety of languages and individuals such as Doctors, Volunteers and even recipients of the service took part.

The campaign created awareness from the targeted communities and a call to action that increased registrations of volunteers from the targeted communities.
